Hello fellow CNC machinists,

I am running Inconel on a Haas CNC machine and I having trouble with the spindel speed and RPM to cut Inconel. At what speed settings should I set the spindel and RPM? What incers?

We need some more specifics.

What kind of Inconel are you cutting 617, 718?  What are you trying to do drill, mill, tap? What kind of cutter are you using Endmills, drills, indexable drills ect.  Do you have thru the spindle coolant?

Good luck doing inconel on a haas, hope it doesn't have serious milling involed.
